The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with the prayers to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari thereby quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated

22.09.2023, registered as F.I.R./Case Crime No.0435 of 2023, under Section 363 I.P.C. at Police Station - Fakharpur, District - Bahraich. A further prayer has been made to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the respondents to not arrest the petitioners in pursuance to the impugned F.I.R. Learned AGA has produced the instructions before this Court sent by Sub-Inspector, Police Station-Fakharpur, District-Bahraich, which is taken on record. He has submitted on the basis of the instructions that final report No.55 of 2023 has been prepared on 08.10.2023 and submitted to the Supervisory Authority. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Supervisory Authority to take an appropriate decision on the matter within four weeks.
