¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

¶2Admittedly, the Regular Suit No.208 of 2020; Smt Rajwani & Ors. vs. Mohd. Ashfak & Anr. for permanent injunction is pending before the Court concerned.

¶3For protection of rights, as asserted in the present writ petition, it is open for the petitioners to move an application for temporary injunction before the Court concerned. In case any such application is moved, the same may be considered and decided by the competent Court expeditiously and preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of a copy of this order, after putting both the parties to notice.
