¶1The opposite party nos.1 and 2 are permitted to be expunged from array of the parties.

¶2Notice on behalf of opposite party nos.3 and 5 has been received by Sri Varun Pandey, learned counsel whereas notice on behalf of opposite party no.4 is accepted by learned Chief Standing Counsel.

¶3In the instant case, the petitioner appears to have entered into a sale-deed with U.P.E.I.D.A for the sale of land in question, thus, the claim for payment of compensation in such a case would not lie. However in case the petitioner is aggrieved on account of any condition of sale deed being transcribed to his disadvantage, remedy available to him in this regard would lie in a suit or elsewhere.
