¶1Shri Rahul Mishra, one of the counsel(s) for the petitioner has sent an illness slip, however, the other counsel is not present.

¶2The award is of the year 2005 whereby the petitioner was granted the relief of 50% of back wages. The only claim in the present petition is that in addition to the 50% back wages, the petitioner should have got the interest on the said amount also.

¶3I do not see any reason to interfere with the award in question, particularly with regard to the claim of interest, as pleaded in the present petition.

¶4No good ground for keeping this matter pending is made out.
