¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for State-respondents.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioners has not placed on record a copy of the scheme under which candidature of the eligible persons for the purposes of allotment of a house under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana is processed and considered.

¶3At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners, prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to institute the same afresh by enclosing all the relevant material.
