¶1When the present petition was filed, a detailed order was passed on 17.12.2013 whereby directions were issued to the petitioner to apply for fresh sanction of map. The ceiling order in respect to the premises was stayed.

¶2Considering the fact that the ceiling order is of the year 2013, I do not see any reason why the matter should be kept pending. Thus, the present petition is disposed off with the observations that any fresh developments shall decide the fate of the petitioner.
