¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri P.K. Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel as well as Sri Gyanendra Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel, for the contesting respondents.

¶2Sri Santosh Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner states that subsequent to the order dated 02.07.2020 as has been challenged in the instant petition, the Regional Level Committee has passed an order dated 31.05.2023, a copy of which has been filed as Annexure-1 to the Supplementary Affidavit dated 11.08.2023 and thus nothing further survives in the petition.

¶3Considering the order dated 31.05.2023 whereby the sanction for payment of salary has been accorded to the petitioner w.e.f.

20.08.2002 and period from 2005 to 2007 has also been treated to be not an interruption in service as such nothing further survives in the petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. Order Date :- 28.11.2023 A. Katiyar High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
