¶1Heard Shri Mukund Madhava Asthana, learned counsel for applicant and Shri Prashant Kumar Singh, learned counsel for respondents.
¶2Shri Prashant Kumar Singh, learned counsel for respondents has stated that by mean of present contempt application, the execution of interim order has been prayed whereas the Writ Petition No. 6445 (SS) of 2014 has already been dismissed on
18.05.2018.
¶3In view of the aforesaid development, the interim order may not be executed by means of present contempt petition.
