¶1Vakalatnama filed by respondent Nos.4 and 5 is taken on record.

¶2Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the State-respondents as well as learned counsel for respondent Nos.4 and 5.

¶3In compliance of the order passed by this Court, the detenue-Ritigya Srivastava is present before the court.

¶4Upon a query being made, she stated that she has major. Her high School Mark-Sheet is on record. She further stated that she on her own accord and free will is residing with her parents. She has not been detained by them. She does not want to go with her husband-Shivam Singh.

¶5At this stage, learned counsel appearing on behalf of husband-Shivam Singh has prayed that matter be referred to the mediation.

¶6This request put by the husband has been rejected by the detenue who is present in the court therefore, writ petition fails and is accordingly dismissed with cost of Rs.20,000/- to be paid by the husband-Shivam Singh, the deponent of the petition to the detenue-Ritigya Srivastava within a period of one month from today, failing which, the District Magistrate-Azamgarh shall recover the cost of this petition from the husband-Shivam Singh as arrears of land revenue within a further period of three months and submit a report before the Senior Registrar of this Court.
