¶1Vakalatnama filed on behalf of respondent no.3 by Shri Shailendra Singh Chauhan, learned Counsel is taken on record.

¶2Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners, Shri Shailendra Singh Chauhan, learned Counsel for respondent no.3 and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

¶3The petitioners by means of this writ petition have raised a grievance regarding the illegal encroachment by respondent no.5 over the pond land and other public utility land.

¶4For redressal of the grievance so raised, the petitioner may approach the competent court under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. In case any such proceedings are initiated by the petitioners, the competent court shall consider and decide the same after giving notice to the affected parties. It is made clear that proceeding initiated, if any, shall be brought to its logical conclusion in accordance with law.
