¶1The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : " A writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties no.3 to remove the illegal encroachment of the opposite parties no.5 to 6 from the Gata No.1487 area 0.2940 situated at village Mangapur, Tehsil Lalganj, District Pratapgarh."

¶2The Standing Counsel is produced the instructions, which states that in respect of the claims, the proceedings were initiated and actions were also taken against the erring officials. The said instructions are taken on record.

¶3Considering the fact that the proceedings were initiated, the present petition is disposed off directing that the cases initiated in respect of the disputed land shall be concluded with all expedition preferably within a period of six months.
