¶1Heard Sri Zartab Qamar, holding brief of Mohd. Raziullah, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Prabhakar Tiwari, learned counsel for the opposite party.

¶2Both the aforesaid counsels have stated that the order of the writ court has been complied with.

¶3Sri Prabhakar Tiwari has produced copy of order dated

20.11.2023 passed by the Naib Tehsildar, Baskhari, Tesil-Tanda, District-Ambedkar Nagar whereby the proceedings under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 have been concluded. The aforesaid order is taken on record.

¶4In the wake of aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present contempt petition.
