Learned A.G.A. for the State Respondents has produced before this Court instructions dated 12.07.2023 sent by Sri Hira Lal Yadav, Sub-Inspector of Police, Police Station-Bewana, District - Ambedkar Nagar wherein it has been stated that Ankush Kumar @ Kush Kumar has already been arrested on the basis of evidence collected against him. The petitioner had an altercation with the said Ankush Kumar. Section 151 Cr.P.C. proceedings were taken against him in which Ankush Kumar was arrested. Challani report was thereafter filed against both i.e. Ankush Kumar and Rakesh Kumar Chaturvedi in the Court concerned. The S.D.M., Akbarpur, Ambedkar Nagar had issued notices under Section 111(1) of the Cr.P.C. against the petitioner. The petitioner is not cooperating in the investigation. The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach the Inspector, Sri Hira Lal Yadav on 02.12.2023 in between 10:00 AM to 02:00 P.M., who shall record his statement and then proceed strictly in accordance with law.
