¶1Sri Prabhakar Tiwari, learned counsel for the opposite party has stated that the order of the writ court has been complied with. He has produced copy of order dated 25.11.2023 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Utraula, District-Balrampur whereby the proceedings under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 have been concluded. The aforesaid order is taken on record.

¶2In the wake of aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present contempt petition.

¶3Accordingly, the present contempt petition is dismissed.
