¶1Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.

¶2The present petition has been filed with the following prayers: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opp. parties to inquire and remove the illegal encroachment over the land gata no. 142 measuring area 0.0650 hect. recorded as Naveen Parti (शቦኔणण-5-1) in revenue records situated at Village Tigudi, Pargana & Tehsil Patti-District Pratapgarh., which is public utility land and is recorded as Naveen Parti in revenue records, in pursuance of general direction issued by this Hon'ble Court in case of Panna Lal and others Vs. District Magistrate Gautam Buddh Nagar vide order dated 7.10.2009 as well as in compliance of circular dated 8.5.2017 issued by Govt. of U.P. for removing the illegal encroachment from public utility land by taskforce.

ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opp. parties to decide the representation dated

14.11.2022 and 03.08.2023 contained as annexure no. 3 to this writ petition by speaking and reasoned order within a period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court."

¶3Learned Standing Counsel has produced the instructions to state that three suits have been instituted and the next date fixed in the said suits is 22.12.2023.

¶4In view of the instructions, which are taken on record, the petition is disposed off with direction to decide the Suit Nos.T202302570407198,
