Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties to verify documents of petitioner since allegedly he has been shortlisted for engagement on the post of Gramin Dak Sewak by the opposite parties. Further prayer for providing information to petitioner under the Right to Information Act in terms of his application dated 31st October, 2023 has also been sought. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition in order to approach the appropriate forum under the Right to Information Act 2005. in view of aforesaid, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting aforesaid liberty.
