¶1The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers: "(i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite party no.2 not interfere in the peacefully possession of the land burials site of the ancestral in question bearing Gata No.227 situated in village Shankarpur, Post Shankarpur Sarai, Police Station Kotwali Ganga Ghat, District Unnao."

¶2The learned Standing Counsel based upon the instructions states that the proceedings with regard to the inclusion of Gata No.227 in the revenue map are being initiated under Section 30(2) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. He further states that no steps are being taken for changing the nature of the land in question at present. The said instructions are taken on record.

¶3In view of the aforesaid instructions, the present writ petition is disposed off with direction that if no steps shall be taken till the time, the proceedings initiated under Section 30(2) of the U.P. Revenue Code are finalized forthwith.
