This petition has been filed for a direction to decide the case no.2803 of 2023 within stipulated period. The said suit has been filed under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act. The petitioner appears to had moved an application for waiving of the cooling period, which has been dismissed by means of the order dated 02.11.2023, but the said order has not been challenged. In view of the above, this petition is not maintainable. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh. In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy as may be available to him under law against the order dated
