¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

¶2Present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that despite an order passed under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code on 06.12.2022, the same is not being executed.

¶3In terms of the order passed by this Court on 26.09.2023, a Supplementary Affidavit was filed alleging that against the order under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, no appeal has been preferred by any of the aggrieved parties.

¶4In view of the said affidavit sworn on 16.10.2023, the present petition is disposed off directing respondents authorities to execute the order passed under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code in accordance with law with all expedition, preferably within a period of two months.
