¶1Present petition has been filed challenging the order dated

10.05.2014 whereby the application filed by the petitioner for renewal of the arms license was rejected on the ground that two criminal cases were pending against the petitioner.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is unaware of the outcome of the said two criminal cases.

¶3In view thereof, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to apply afresh in the light of the subsequent decisions that might have taken in the two criminal cases against the petitioner.

¶4In case such an application is filed, the same shall be decided in accordance with law and subject to the outcome of the said two cases, by passing a fresh order.
