Since the year 2017, on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter has been adjourned on several dates i.e. 19.05.2017, 14.12.2018, 05.09.2019, 16.09.2019 & 07.01.2020. Today again, a request for adjournment of the case has been made by counsel for the petitioner as the file is not traceable. In the background of the fact that on several dates earlier as indicated above, only adjournments have been regularly taken and the case was never argued on one pretext or the other. In this background, it is not possible to further grant adjournment as prayed. It is an old matter of the year 2002.
