Hon'ble Manish Mathur,J. Heard Dr. Neha Sharma learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties. Petition has been filed challenging order dated 29th September, 2023 whereby petitioner has been transferred from district Jhansi to district Lucknow on the post of Sub Inspector.
