(1) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.G.A. who appears for the Opposite party nos.1, 2 & 3.

(2) This petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following main prayer:- "1) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the First Information Report No.0356 of 2023, under Sections 323, 354, 506 I.P.C. and Section 7, 8 Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, and Section 3 (2) (va) of S.C./S.T. Act, at Police Station Baundi, District Bahraich, which is contained in Annexure No.1 to this writ petition."

(3) Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions sent by the Circle Officer of Police Station Mahsi, District Bahraich, says that Charge-sheet has been prepared against the named accused Kamlesh Singh, son of Tej Bahadur Singh under various sections of the I.P.C. and P.O.C.S.O. Act and S.C./S.T. Act and the said Charge-sheet has been sent to the Circle Officer for onward submission to the Court.
