The present application has been filed with the following prayer:- "WHEREFORE it is most respectfully prayed that in the above noted facts and circumstances, this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to quash the charge sheet No. 89/2023 dated 25.03.2023 filed under section 2/3 of U.P. Gangster & Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 and also quash the cognizance dated 19.08.2023 taken by the learned Additional District Judge-5, Hardoi against the petitioner relating case crime no. 426/2022 under section 2/3 of U.P. Gangster & Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station - Baghauli, district - Hardoi, so far as it relates with the petitioner and the present petition under section 482 Cr.P.C. may kindly be allow and further criminal proceedings of the present case against the petitioner may kindly be quashed, in the interest of justice." After arguing at some length, the learned counsel for the applicant says that he does not want to press the present application and the same may be consigned to record with liberty to the applicant to file an application seeking regular bail, which shall be decided expeditiously in accordance with law. Taking note of the aforesaid, the present application is consigned to record. It is expected from the trial court that if the application seeking regular bail is moved by the applicant, the same shall be decided expeditiously, as per law.
