Amit Gautam and others as well as impugned Summoning order dated 28.7.2023 passed by Additional Civil Judge/Fast Track Court, Sitapur, as contained in Annexure no. 1 to the petition." In view of the statutory remedy available to the applicants to assail the order dated 28.07.2023 passed by Additional Civil Judge/Fast Track Court, Sitapur in Complaint Case No.15234 of 2023, (Neeraj Kumar vs. Amit Gautam and others), under Section 420, 506 IPC, Police Station-Reusa, District-Sitapur, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present application.
