¶1Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

¶2After arguing at some length, learned Counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition by enclosing all the relevant documents indicating that site in dispute is recorded as a public utility land and there is a source of water recorded in the records of Nagar Panchayat upon the same.
