Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA who appears on behalf of State-respondents and perused the record. This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari for quashing of the impugned FIR dated 7.9.2022 registered as Case Crime No. 250 of 2022 under Sections 302, 120B IPC at P.S. Chowk, District Lucknow and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to the impugned FIR. Learned AGA has produced before this Court a copy of the written instructions dated 16.11.2023 sent by Sri Pradeep Kumar Inspector/Investigating OfÏcer, P.S. Chowk, District Lucknow wherein it has been stated that the final report has been prepared on 3.11.2023 and submitted to the Supervisory Authority. The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Supervisory Authority concerned to take an appropriate decision on the final report prepared by the Investigating OfÏcer within a period of six weeks in accordance with law. For a period of six weeks or till such a decision is taken by the Investigating OfÏcer, whichever is earlier, the petitioner shall not be arrested in pursuance of the First Information Report dated 7.9.2022 registered as Case Crime No. 250 of 2022 under Sections 302, 120B IPC at P.S.
