¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2As per the own averments of the petitioners made in the writ petition, a civil suit between the parties is pending wherein an order of status-quo is stated to have been passed.

¶3In case, any such order has been passed by the civil court, the district authorities are under a bounden duty to maintain the status-quo without extending any favour to either of the parties. In case, there is any violation of the order of status-quo, it is open for the petitioners to initiate appropriate proceedings under Order 39 Rule 2 A of CPC before the competent court.

¶4In case any such proceedings are initiated, the same shall be decided expeditiously in accordance with law.
