¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and Ms. Anupama Bhadauriya, holding brief of Shri Surya Prakash Singh, learned counsel appearing for opposite party no.4.

¶2Learned counsel for the opposite parties has submitted that necessary budget for construction of the drainage has already been sanctioned and the construction work is likely to start soon. It is further submitted that the construction work of drainage causing damage as complained of shall be completed soon and without allowing any further complaint to arise.

¶3We expect the authorities to undertake the construction of drainage and complete the same expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of copy of this order.
