¶1The present petition has been filed challenging the orders whereby the application of the petitioner for summoning the documents from the office of the Registrar, Kolkata was refused as well as the order of revision, whereby the revision was dismissed.
¶2A perusal of the revisional order indicates that the revision was mainly dismissed on merits as well as on the delay on the part of the plaintiff to move an appropriate application after evidence was completed.
¶3I do not see any good reason to interfere with the interlocutory order. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
¶4The petitioner would be at liberty to raise all the grounds and challenge all the orders including the present order when the suit is finally decided, if the appeal is preferred. Order Date :- 29.11.2023 akverma High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
