¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned AGA and perused the record.

¶2The present application has been filed by the applicant to direct Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Lalganj, District-Pratapgarh to decide the Case No.2787 of 2023 under Section 133 I.P.C. and Section 133 of Cr.P.C. pending before him, expeditiously.

¶3Learned counsel for the applicant submits that only prayer of the applicant is that a direction may be issued to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously.

¶4Learned AGA has no objection to the innocuous prayer of the applicant.

¶5In view of the above, without entering into merits of the case, I hereby direct Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Lalganj, District-Pratapgarh to decide the Case No.2787 of 2023 under Section 133 Cr.P.C. pending before him expeditiously in accordance with law.
