¶1Present petition has been filed challenging the order dated

05.03.2010.

¶2The petition was filed in the year 2014. On the first date, the petitioner was directed to inform as to whether the order has been complied with or not. No such affidavit has been filed. No interim order was passed in favour of the petitioner.

¶3Considering the delay with which the petition was filed and the fact that all these years, no order was passed in favour of the petitioner by this Court also, I do not see any reason to interfere with the impugned order.
