¶1Counter affidavit filed by the State is taken on record. Rejoinder affidavit as well as the supplementary affidavit filed by the applicant are also taken on record.

¶2After arguing at some length, it is requested by learned counsel for the applicant that the instant bail application may be dismissed as not pressed.

¶3No objection in this regard is raised by learned AGA for the State.
