The instant application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been preferred for the following main relief:- "For the facts, reasons and circumstances stated in the accompanying affidavit that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the learned Additional Principal Judge -1st Family Court District-Raebareli to decide the Case No. 1035/2022, (Raj Kumari versus Pramod Kumar) under section - 125 (3) Cr.P.C., related to Police Station - Kotwali Salon, District-Raebareli pending before him within stipulated period fixed by this Hon'ble High Court, in the interest of justice." Considering the facts and circumstances of the case particularly that to recover the amount i.e. Rs. 5000/- per month awarded to the petitioner vide order dated 29.08.2022 passed on the application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. the applicant has been compelled to prefer an application dated 07.10.2022 under Section 125(3) Cr.P.C. and the same is pending consideration, the present application is disposed of with a direction to the Court concerned to do needful in the matter expeditiously.
