The office report dated 04.11.2023 indicates that the consent has been received. Accordingly, in light of the order dated 18.10.2023 the Court appoints Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sudhir Kumar Saxena (Retd.) Judge of this Court, R/0 Flat No.402, Tower 12, Bhagiriathi Enclave, Awadh Vihar Yojana, Saheed Path, Lucknow, Mobile Nos.9453034870, 9415509444 as a Arbitrator, who shall enter into the reference and decide the same in accordance with law. The Registry of this Court is directed to communicate the order passed today to Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sudhir Kumar Saxena (Retd.) Judge of this Court, R/0 Flat No.402, Tower 12, Bhagiriathi Enclave, Awadh Vihar Yojana, Saheed Path, Lucknow, Mobile Nos.9453034870, 9415509444, who shall enter into the reference and decide the dispute arising in between the parties.
