No. 8004928571, retired Judge of this Court as a Arbitrator, who shall enter into the reference and decide the same in accordance with law. The Registry of this Court is directed to communicate the order passed today to Hon'ble Mr. Justice Mahendra Dayal, R/o 40, Swapna Lok Colony, Kamta Chinhat, Faizabad Road, Lucknow, Phone No. 0522-2702880, Mob. No. 8004928571, retired Judge of this Court, who shall enter into the reference and decide the dispute arising in between the parties. In view of the aforesaid, the petition is allowed.
