¶1An illness slip has been filed by learned counsel for the petitioner, however, as the matter is very old one, I do not see any reason to adjourn the matter.

¶2The proceedings have been filed in the present case arising out of an order passed rejecting the grant of an ex-parte interim order. An appeal preferred against the said order was also dismissed.

¶3No interim order was passed in favour of the petitioner in all these years.

¶4Considering the fact that the proceedings were filed only against an order passed rejecting the application for grant of ex-parte interim order, I do not see any reason to keep the matter pending.
