¶1The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 17.02.2020 whereby the benefit of debt waiver scheme has been denied to the petitioner on the ground that no debt is payable in terms of the statement of the bank.

¶2It is argued that the bank has got issued a legal notice for payment of dues, however no recovery proceedings have been initiated.

¶3As the impugned order itself records that as per the information received from the Bank, no liability exists on the petitioner, the petition filed by the petitioner is premature.
