Ashish Goswami) under Section 5-A of the Cow Slaughter Act relating to case crime no. 32/2022 under Section 3/5/8 of the Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty Animals Act, Police Station-Raunahi, district-Ayodhya/Faizabad. The petitioner shall file his appeal before the Commissioner of Division within 10 days from today. If such an appeal is filed, it shall not be dismissed only on the ground of delay and shall be considered on its merits and order be passed by the appellate authority expeditiously.
