Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State. Notices to respondent no. 2 are dispensed with in view of the proposed order. The petitioner by this petition has prayed for the following relief:- "To direct the opposite party no 2 Court of Sub Divisional Magistrate, District-Pratapgarh, Tahsil Kunda to decide the case under section 145 Cr.P.C. related to police station Hathiganwan, District Pratapgarh, having case no. 9080/2021, Computerized case no T202102570109080 namely "Anjani Kumar Vs. Hanumant Lal", (annexure no 1) ponding since 16/11/2021, expeditiously preferable within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C. are pending before opposite party no. 2 since 2021. The report has been submitted by the concerned authorities to opposite party no. 2 and opposite party no. 3 has also filed its objection, still since 16.11.2021 only general dates are being given by opposite party no. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the proceedings being summary in nature are liable to be expedited.

Learned AGA has no objection to this innocuous prayer. In view of the above and without entering into merits of the case, the petition is disposed of directing opposite party no. 2 to decide the aforesaid case filed under section 145 Cr.P.C. related to PS Hathiganwan, District Pratapgarh, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
