¶1Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing at some length prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to avail the alternative remedy available to the petitioner under Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 or any other appropriate proceedings for enforcement of the rights of the petitioner against the illegal interference by private opposite parties, if any.
