¶1Sri Nitin Srivastava, learned Counsel for the petitioner has sent an illness slip, however, the matter is of the year 2014, I am not inclined to adjourn the case.

¶2A perusal of the order impugned reveals that an order of cancellation of fair price shop was passed on the basis of the material available before the authorities concerned and the appeal was also dismissed.

¶3There is no error much less an error warranting interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
