Sri Upendra Kumar Awasthi, Advocate appears on behalf of the opposite party no.4. Sri Ankit Kumar, the petitioner no.1 is also present in person and has identified by his counsel. Learned counsel for the petitioners says that the petitioner no.1 could not arrange the money that was directed by this Court to be given to the respondent no. 4 and he wishes to withdraw the writ petition.
