¶1The present petition has been filed challenging an order whereby the appointment of Advocate Commissioner was refused and the revision filed against the order dated

04.09.2013 was allowed appointing the Advocate Commissioner for inspection of the premises.

¶2I do not see any reason to interfere with the order, which is interlocutory in nature, moreso, the suit is of the year 2005.
