Present application under Section 482 CrPC has been filed for the following main relief:- "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the entire proceedings of Criminal/Session Case No. 12599 of 2015; State Vs. Sajjan Ahmad and another arising out of Charge Sheet No. 4A of 2013 dated 16.09.2015 in pursuance of Case Crime No./ First Information Report No. 978 of 2008, Under Section 420,467,468,471,120B I.P.C., relating to Police Station Hazratganj, District Lucknow, as well as summoning order dated 30.11.2015 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lucknow. (Contained as Annexure No. 1 & 2), in the interest of justice." Considering the facts that the applicant was enlarged on bail on

14.08.2014 by the court concerned and after submissions of charge sheet on 30.11.2015 the court concerned has taken cognizance and thereafter, issued bailable warrant, it is provided that the applicant shall move an application before the trial court for recall of bailable warrant within a period of ten days from today. In case, such an application is moved in terms of this order, then, the same shall be considered and decided by the trial Court expeditiously strictly in accordance with law. For a period of ten days, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicant. The present application is disposed of in above terms.
