¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent.

¶2It is conceded that the matter in question is squarely covered by the Judgement delivered by this Court in Tajveer Singh and others Vs State of U.P. and others reported in 1997 (2) AWC 1029 and was followed in the similar matters which is evident from the orders placed on record as contained annexure no.2 to the writ petition.

¶3Undisputedly the matter being covered by the aforesaid Judgment already passed by this court, we hereby extend the benefits to the petitioner of the same judgment passed in the aforesaid writ petition.
