¶1Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, Shri Shikhar Anand, learned Counsel who has put in appearance on behalf of respondent no.2 and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.

¶2The impugned order assailed here in this writ petition clearly states that all the information sought under Right to Information Act was provided to the petitioner and nothing survives for any further relief.

¶3Having gone through the writ petition and the material available on record, we do not find any scope for interference in exercise of writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
