¶1It is informed that one of the respondent had died during the pendency of the writ petition, for which, an application for substitution has been filed, however, the matter is very old one, I have perused the impugned order and the material available on record.
¶2The present petition has been filed challenging an order, whereby the amendment application filed for amending the boundaries as disclosed in the plaint was allowed, against which, a revision was preferred, which was dismissed.
¶3Considering the fact that the amendment was sought only with regard to the description of the property as disclosed in the plaint, no error was committed in allowing the application. The orders impugned do not require any interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
