¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel representing the State-respondents and Shri Upendra Singh, learned counsel appearing for opposite party no.5.

¶2Learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of instructions, has stated that the petitioner has never been prohibited from carrying out the operation of meat shop as per the terms of the license issued to him by the competent authority.

¶3Once the statement is made by the learned Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions received, we have no reason to disbelieve the same.

¶4It is expected that the petitioner shall be allowed to continue his business as per the terms of license keeping in view the statement made by the learned Standing Counsel as aforesaid.
