¶1Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶2This writ petition seeks disconnection of electricity connection provided at the residential accommodation allotted to the petitioner by the Government.

¶3It is submitted that the petitioner has constructed his own house and shifted therein. Therefore, he does not wish to operate the electricity connection at the Government accommodation any more.

¶4Let an application be filed to this effect along with requisite formalities before the Executive Engineer, Urban Electricity Distribution Division, UPTRON LESA, Lucknow i.e. Opposite Party no.2 within a week from today, who shall do the needful at the earliest preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of application along with requisite formalities.
